My practice serves individuals and families from 2-92, specializing in depression, anxiety, relational issues, substance abuse, eating disorders, and phobias.  I provide clients with insights and strategies in how to cope.

Children (2 to 12 years) and adolescents can have problems, too. My practice is ideal for families who are concerned about their kids' well-being. The children or teens may experience anxiety, school phobia, anger difficulties, the fallout from divorce or blending families, isolation, substance use, acting out at school or home, shutting down or other difficulties.  My philosophy is to work collaboratively so that they might speed through therapy and walk away feeling a sense of renewed health and peace of mind.

With master's degrees in social work and special education, I use numerous metaphors and activities as well as attribute-building exercises to help people see how they can overcome what is defeating them.

For families living in Livonia, MI, 5 sessions can be free if they fit the income guidelines set forth by the city.

Fee is $130.00 per 50 minute session. No insurance taken at this time.
